Social Change the Focus of Day Two in Little Rock

Bus Two students toured the Clinton Presidential Library and learned about the politics of social justice. Students responded to the statement...the personal is political. And some students imagined what it might be like to sit in the President's car or around the cabinet table making policies to make change in our world.

Bus One started their day at Heifer Village learning about the principles used by Heifer International to end hunger and poverty around the world. They also learned about social justice organizations work throughout our world. Students learned about sustainable living practices and toured the Heifer International Headquarters and learned about the features that make the building a LEED Platinum building and the philosophy that inspired its development.

It was a great day in Little Rock!
