A Rainy Monday

I wish I had control of the weather but i think it made us pay attention more to what we have learned. This morning we had a walking tour of Kelly Ingrim Park which memorializes MLK Jr., and the four little girls who were killed in the 16th street baptist church bombing. We had a lady from the movement give us a really good tour in the rain. Our lunch was amazing, some really good soul food from Mrs. B's. I had some of the most delicious fried chicken. Then we headed to Montgomery where we had a tour of the Rosa Parks Museum where we had a tour. Besides the rain I feel that we learned quite a bit today.
