The Rosa Parks Museum sparked something in me I never really
noticed as much before; I have been yearning to learn about the women in
history. Women made such a great impact in a lot of history, but we never hear
of it. I was so proud to see Rosa Parks story told as her taking a stand rather
than just being an old Black woman who didn’t get up. It is very empowering for
me to hear about the women in history.
