Hey everyone,
I'm counting down the days to this experience. It's so close. I am really excited to go to CNN, its my best friends favorite show to watch, so I am really looking forward to telling her all about it. I'm also looking forward to trying grits for the first time. I'm really looking forward to just learning about the civil rights and gaining a great experience from this trip.

University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire students have the opportunity to spend their winter or spring break on a Civil Rights Pilgrimage to the South, visiting sites of historic importance to the U.S. civil rights movement. This blog is a record of the learning experiences of our students dating back to our first trip in March 2008.
